Since first moving into Ada over a decade ago, we have called Ada home. Watching our kids grow up through the great Forest Hill School system; starting at Ada Elementary, then middle school, graduating one son from Forest Hills Central High School and with one more to go. The community is a great family-oriented, faith-based one that supports one another and the overall success of the town itself.

Ada has a great small town feel with big city vision. Local investment in the new downtown area through the generosity and leadership including many from Amway, Meijers, and other businesses and families, has created a lot of excitement and freshness to the area. Community events like the July 4th parade, Ada Children’s Fair, summer concerts at Beers on the Bridge, Farmer’s Market, and the Holiday Lights Trolley Tour in the winter, binds us further together.

Food and drink are in plentiful supply. On our yummy favorites short list are: JamnBean Coffee to get you started, Nonna’s Traitoria for breakfast or later, Schnitz’s for delicious deli sandwiches, Vitales for Italian and pizza, Little Bangkok for Tai, and Zeytin’s for Turkish cuisine. Created by a group of triathletes who were passionate about growing the community healthy. They brought a USAT Sanctioned Sprint, Olympic and Half Iron Distance to Ada, MI.
